What does COVID-19 mean for Midwest PROTECH and our clients
Official statement from Midwest PROTECH, LLC as of 9/24/2020 @ 2:44 PM:
As an essential business by providing work from home supplies and services as well as security and critical data backup & restoration services, we have remained open since the beginning of this COVID pandemic. We support many other essential businesses by providing cyber-security services, critical computer/networking services, monitored data backup as well as work-from-home support to essential business workers.
We require masks for all customers when entering our shop. If you don’t have one, we have them available for you upon entering our lobby. Our technicians are wearing masks in the lobby and have them available for on-site visits if they are required per regulations or client site rules.
We are here to keep you up and running. Our 4471 Bridgetown Road shop hours are continuing as posted. However, we are only allowing one client (including any individuals visiting with them) in our shop at a time. The door may be locked if there are customers in the lobby so when you visit (best to schedule ahead of time) ring our doorbell and someone will let you in. We are regularly cleaning all contact points to protect you and our employees. Lord willing we will continue to provide our critical services to all our clients on a remote support, in-shop and on-site basis through this experience together. We’ll continue to update you here as circumstances change.
Our deepest sympathies go out to all those who have been impacted by the current COVID-19 pandemic. The safety of Midwest PROTECH’s clients and employees is our top priority. We are confident that we have taken and are maintaining the necessary steps to provide a safe environment.
We are exceeding all precautions and preventative measures as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). In addition to our regular cleaning procedures, we have added additional cleaning and disinfection steps for customer and employee touch-points (doorknobs and handles, writing surfaces and counter-tops, etc.). We have ample cleaning supplies on-hand. In addition, we are limiting on-site services to only those that are critical.
We are well-staffed, and business will continue as usual with these and other preventative measures. We are geared to offer remote service for most issues so even if we have to close our shop, we will still be able to provide our highest level of services to our clients as long as we can remotely connect to a computer over the Internet.
We want our customers to feel welcome and safe here. If you have any questions, comments or concerns, please reach out to us online, on the phone, or come see us! If we have to close our shop, we will post that information on our website immediately. Please come back and check this page if you are concerned about making a trip to our shop or call us at (513) 322-1306 any time, we’ll do our best to reach out as soon as possible if we miss your call and you leave us a message.
From the beginning of this pandemic through 9/24/2020 we have not had any employees or direct family members of any employees test positive for COVID-19 – thank God!
