We use Kaseya’s LiveConnect on Demand for our secure remote support. Only our support representative can access your system and only during the session you approve while at your computer. After 10 minutes of inactivity, the remote software will be automatically removed from your system.
Step 1
When instructed by one of our support representatives, click the grey Remote Support button below to go to our support site and enter the 9-digit code provided by our representative.
Step 2
You’ll then need to click the “Let’s Go!” button on the support site page to complete the remote software download. The remote software file “KcsSetup.exe” will be downloaded by your browser. This might take a minute or so.
Step 3
Click “Open File” in your browser or locate the downloaded file and click it to complete the installation. When the installation starts, you will likely have to click “Yes” to allow the installation of the LiveConnect “Agent Installer”. Once the installation is completed, our support representative will be able to remotely connect to your computer to assist you.
